I can feel it. Can you?
The feeling that Spring is on its way.
The other morning I went out to warm up the van before taking the kids to school.
There was just something different about the outdoors.
The birds were singing.
The sun was shining.
I could feel Spring….even though it was 11 degrees out.
Maybe it is just my desperation for winter to be over. But, something was different.
So, I was inspired.
Inspired to bring a bit of Spring into our entryway.
I would love to show you what I created.
It is simple.
It is inexpensive.
It can be used for Spring or St. Patrick’s Day decorating.
A rustic inspired wreath tutorial.
Supplies you will need:
Grapevine wreath
1 Artificial Hydrangea Stem
Small Piece of Burlap
Cut your hydrangea flowers into individual florets.
I intentionally purchased a very dense grapevine wreath so that I could just push the florets into the sections of woven grapevine. Glue was not needed.
1 hydrangea head (flower) should be enough to fill the wreath in a simple fashion.
Take your piece of burlap and make a bow to your liking. I used a small piece of twine to hang my wreath to the chalkboard.
I hope you enjoyed this simple wreath tutorial to bring Spring into your home on a budget.
Now for more fun, I am joining a few of my blogging friends in a Spring blog hop.
I hope you will be inspired by Spring……
